TOPIC: [SSRP Moderator] Gody's Application

As some of you may know tomorrows SSRP meeting has been cancelled so this application is to be reviewed for the next meeting (Saturday 5th January), if you were to look at my activity now I still have some gaps to fill in, hence why this is being made for the next available meeting.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: The Random Death Match formerly used as the term 'RDM' is where another player kills another player with no reason what so ever.

Scenario
Player X is loading into an SSRP server and when he is actually in the game Player Y kills Player X with no reason. The most responsible thing to do would be to use the F1 function and contact a member of staff about this

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: The New Life Rule mainly used by the term 'NLR' is where a player is killed within a certain district and returns to it within the 3 minute timer given where he/she were killed

Scenario
Player X was killed by S.W.A.T in the crack district, Player X then returns to the crack district whilst the 3 minute NLR timer is shown at the top of the screen. He may do this for a number of reasons: Trying to protect his printers, wanting to get revenge on the cop, or for the fact he/she are just a rulebreaker. The S.W.A.T officer can file an F1 and the staff member handling could check the logs and find out if Player X did break the NLR rule

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
To begin with I would ask Player X is he has any proof if he has sufficient evidence I will check Player Y's rapsheet to see if he/she has any recent warnings/bans/mutes etc if they do have any recent's I would warn them, but if they did not have any recent and didn't have any toxic attitude towards anyone than I would give him a verbal warning

If Player X did not have any proof I would check the logs and if Player Y was lying and did RDM Player X I would warn him for lying, if he was honest and didn't have any recent warnings/bans/mutes I would then give him a verbal warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
As like the other scenarios I'd ask if Player X has any evidence, if sufficient evidence is provided I would check Player Y's recents and if he has any I'd warn him for breaking NLR, if he doesn't I'd give him a verbal warning

If evidence is not provided, I would check the logs to see if any NLR did occur, if it did and layer Y admitted it and had no recent punishments I would let him off with a verbal but if he had lied to me and I found out the truth I would warn him for lying to a staff member and for breaking NLR dependent on their recent activity on the server.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): First off some of you may not no me but most do, I'm Jack a while back around last year I was hated a lot I was toxic and salty towards everyone my current rapsheet has over 50 punishments, I was a rule breaker I had been CM banned but all that got sorted. I've came back and most people have seen a change I am not how I used to be and had gotten quite a grip of myself now. but on topic I know I can put a great amount of effort into the server helping players out and doing my job, I feel I could make a difference on the SSRP servers, mainly 2 as miners don't really get much of a benefit, I'd know this from losing some iridiums to an aimbotter who killed all miners. But hey that happens, I truly feel that I'm more liked by the community and deserve another chance, Yes my activity isn't filled in yet but will be by the next meeting on the 5th January
