Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Straying away from Surf and the question in general to a different server, I am currently a super admin on semi-serious roleplay so I believe at the current moment in time I feel I am definitely ready to become an admin on Surf. I also used to be a super admin on Surf which already proves I can handle the powers for both the administrator and moderator rank within the server.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I didn't encounter any issues that could be considered difficult to tackle, I feel that the tool / command set I had as a moderator is great, I do feel however that I could deal with punishments a LOT easier with a wider amount of commands such a 'ban', for example as a moderator I did not have access to this command which means if a user kept on breaking rules and needs kicking and is joining back after every kick or ignoring all warnings given to him I would of had to get another staff member on who is an admin to then ban the user.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello, congratulations on being accepted as a Moderator on the ZARP Surf server! First of all, welcome to the staff team we're glad to have you on board with us!
This is only going to be a brief little intro to your new position and all the new commands and tools you now have!
@ [Message] - This is what you will need to use to talk in admin chat, only admins can see this chat. You will receive reports through this and can use it to communicate with the other staff members that may be online, I would personally use this to discuss punishments about users to other staff.
/warn [Player] [Reason] - You will find yourself using this to punish a player who has broken one of our server rules and for nothing else.
/kick [Player] [Reason] - You will use this command to remove a certain player(s) from the server.
/mute [Player] [Reason] - This command mutes a player and prevents them from typing in the chat, I would personally use this if a player is disrespecting in text chat. Mutes disable every map change.
/unmute [Player] - This just unmutes a player who you have muted.
/gag [Player] [Reason] - This command gags a player and stops them from using their voice to chat.
/ungang [Player] - This ungangs a player and allows them to start using the microphone again.
/slay [Player] [Reason] - This command kills a player on the server and should only be used when a player is exploiting a map feature.
Another way to access all of these commands would be to use the scoreboard, this can be opened by pressing the "TAB" key.
The punishments menu can be accessed by pressing the F6 key, this can be used to see all of the punishments a user has received in their lifetime on the server. You can't see the punishments of players who are offline unless they have their Steam ID.

Once again, thanks very much for choosing to help the Surf staff team, enjoy the rest of your day!
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello X as I was the one who banned you, it is only fair that I respond the ban appeal as I currently know the most details, I've read over your appeal and have taken a few things into consideration; This is your first ban on the server, You have obviously taken the time to create an account and go through the effort of making an appeal, you seem to be very apologetic. What I am going to do is lower your ban to 3 weeks, what I want you to keep in mind is that cheating is something we take very seriously as we want everyone on the server having an equal ammount of fun. Whilst you wait for this ban to expire I suggest taking a quick look at the rules of the server so you don't get caught out again.

Why I should be promoted:
I believe I should be accepted for admin as I have had past experience with being staff on surf up to the point I was lead team and currently hold the super admin rank on ZARP Semi-Serious Roleplay. My activity at the time of making this application may not be 100% but it's slowly improving and getting higher to the point of becoming two weeks of consistant activity.
When I was a staff member in the past people liked the outcome they got out of the reports against other users they reported.
I actively dealt with players who mic spammed or chat muted, I don't tend to go for record so I'm always happy to end a surf run to deal with a rulebreaker as well.
I am currently enjoying working on the ssrp staff team and also play surf for some 20 - 30 minutes every day.
