Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
As a mod, I find it hard to fully punish "MassRDMers" as such if a player were to kill 3 players within the same round without a valid reason would result in a warning + slain for 2 rounds but if said player left without finishing his punishment they'd be banned for "MassRDM+LTAP" as they've caused problems for 3 players which is suiting punishment for the player acting out this action.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
If it was me handling the report and said player left I'd just hand out the ban as I've gathered enough evidence to slay him in the first place, but, if I had not handled the case I would first double check the report then the logs to make sure the ban is right and not false.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My personal opinion if its said players first major offense I would then shorten it to 2 weeks, but, if the player had or major reports/ bans beforehand then it would remain a permanent ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I should be promoted because I have been a mod for around a month now I taken time to learn the mod position and adjusted to the staffing way on the server. I've also been at 3 of my 5 meeting which I wish to improve on but I can't make them all the time. People have encouraged me to have made this application which is why I've realized it's time to try the next rank. I thank you for taking the time to go through my admin application

Your application is woefully under-developed. Your response to the ban appeal is not an appropriate response. Your activity has been sporadic at best over the last month, in some cases taking atleast a week off. Your ban scenario is confusing and is not actually a scenario its more of a personal ranting.
Sort out your application.

Hmmmm.. I'd like you to be an Admin but your application unfortunatly shows the lack of experience.

For example: if you already warned and aslain a player and they leave before all of the slays ran out its not LTAP.
Its only LTAP if they leave before you can punish them.

You can also not punish players for cheating as an admin & can also not handle appeals about punishments you have given out yourself.

If you improve your application & keep up the activity I think at the end of the next week you'll get it but for this week its a no, sorry.

I can't really add much here at this point but try and read through a few of the past admin applications, it can help a lot.

I dont think you can be eligible to become an admin. I suggest having more time as a mod and improve more on your application
