What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
when one person is dead and he/she helps the alive person.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
ill give them a verbal warn and if they keep doing it ill warn them and if keeps happening ill ban them for how long it is for disrespect.

Tbh i dont know i just thought of trying to sign up for mod to see whats it like and hopefully learn to be a good staff member and i get on well with harry and oliver.
