This is the same application I posted then revoked 2 months and 3 weeks ago. The reason I revoked it was because I had some recent warnings that I wasn't happy applying for mod with. I haven't had a warning since, therefore I am applying again in hope to get moderator.

I have changed my name quite a lot in the past, but I've kept with Picachoo2008 for almost a year, and plan to have it permanently as my username.
IMPORTANT: I would also like to say that I do not know exactly what the tools that a moderator gets to help them with F1's made on the server. So in my scenario's I have said what I would do without knowing the tools they have; if there was a tool I could use to get information, for example if player 1 broke NLR, then I would use that evidence to warn them.
Estimated Server Time: I would imagine around 400-500 hours in total.
Languages I speak: English
Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is when a player kills another player without a valid reason.
For example, if player 1 randomly walks up to player 2 and shoots player 2 and kills him. This would not be a valid RP reason to kill player 2, making it a Random Death Match (RDM).
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is when a player enters a district they have recently died in. A player can see what districts they have NLR in on the top middle section of their screen, where it would list both the district and the remaining time that the NLR applies.
An example of this is if player 1 dies during a mug RP event in the Bank district, yet respawned and returns back to the Bank district with NLR time still remaining, therefore breaking New Life Rule (NLR).
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly, I would listen to both players stories of the events leading up to the possible RDM, to understand both players points of view. If player y admits to RDMing player x, then I would warn player y for RDM, and then return both players.
If their stories were conflicting each others, I would ask for further evidence to back up their claims. If neither player can show me evidence, I would return both players without a warning. If this was the result I would spectate player y to see if he breaks any rules such as RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Once again, I would listen to both players stories of the events leading up to the possible NLR. If player y admits to breaking NLR then I would warn player y for breaking NLR. If the stories were conflicting each other, I would use the console to see if player y killed player x in the same district. If player did, then I would warn player y for NLR.
Why I should be chosen:
I have been a player on ZARP since 2016, and I feel that in that time I have learnt and gathered so much experience on the server. As expected I've done almost everything there is in the DarkRP servers, and I want to put all of that experience to help current, and new coming players on the servers by becoming staff.
As I do play a lot on ZARP DarkRP servers, I feel that there are times that there isn't any staff to do F1's, especially at night. This ruins the experience for players who can't play because there are no staff online to stop a RDMer for example. I think that I can help out a lot in that sense.
Bottom line, Ive been on ZARP for almost 3 years, and I think it's about time that I helped the community out by becoming a Moderator.
Thank you for taking time to read this,
