Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

As a moderator I have had to deal with a few situations such as mic spammers and other rule breakers, but I have remained benevolent throughout the situations. I am active on the server and communicate a lot with the community on teamspeak and the forums.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I haven't really come across situations like this, but there have been repetitive rule breakers where a ban would have been needed at the time. If i were to have been an administrator I would have been able to deal with the problem easier and more efficiently.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

voicemute:
This is used to prevent someone from using their microphone for a period of time, and has the chat usage of:
/voicemute name time reason
The time is in seconds so make sure you don't use the incorrect measurement of time.

chatmute:
This is used to prevent someone from using the text chat for a period of time, and has the chat usage of:
/chatmute name time reason
The time is in seconds so make sure you don't use the incorrect measurement of time.

kick:
This is used to remove someone from the server, only use in the event of mass rulebreaking and has the usage of:
/kick name reason
Be careful when using this command as it cannot be reversed and once someone is removed they are not obliged to rejoin.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x, i have seen that you sincerely apologised for you actions and deeply regret it, therefore i have decided to give you another more chance. I will shorten your ban to 1 week. I don't want you getting any punishments related to cheating within two weeks or you will quickly be readded to the ban list. Consider this accepted.

Attitude

Having fun is a core part of being a staff member and provoking enjoyment from others is also something i believe a staff member should always do, I always try to do this. I always keep my attitude correct and what is expected of a staff member, even going above the expectations.

Experience

I have a lot of experience as I have been Moderator on Murder and BHOP and also an Administrator on Surf, Trouble In Terrorist Town, Deathrun, SSRP and Jailbreak. I am also a Prop Hunt Head Administrator, making me believe I am ready to take on the role and the overall obstacle that is in front of me.

Teamspeak Activity

I am active on Teamspeak and am almost always interacting with the Lead Team and the rest of the staff team. I am always trying to be on good terms with each staff member as I feel it is a virtue. I am always helping each staff member when they request help and due to my active, I am readily available to be contacted.
