Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: Surf is a gamemode where you must surf on the ramps to finish the map. To surf you will must tape "A" when you surf on the right side and "Q" for the left side. To take altitude, you will must go on the top of the ramp. Some maps have a level system and for the others it's a full map where you don't have any level. If you have some question you can ask it to me

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: First, I would say to him "Please don't respam in the future or you will get a mute". If he spam again, I would mute him for 15 minutes and after that, if the mute doesn't work for him, I would ban him for spam.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would ask to him "Hey, how you are using an exploit?" to update this exploit. If the cheater doesn't want to tell me, I would ban him because it's don't allowed.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have some notions in the administration so I'm already competent and I'm very passionate to be a Staff member. I can speak French and I think that's a good point because the French Community is very present. 1/2 game where I play I meet French person. I'm very human and comprehensible and I privileged the communication before the sanction for update the server every day about bugs or exploit.
