How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
First thing, I will read over the appeal and review any evidence that the person may have provided on the matter and then I will try to get into contact the Staff member that issued out the ban and double check it with the ban list to make sure that the person who banned them is the person who they have said banned them. When I am talking to them and getting their side of the story to compare the series of events to try get the scope and each member's perspective on the situation and I would be looking for information like what were the specific actions the user has done to warrant a ban and then discuss if them with Him/Her then discuss if the Staff member feels the user deserves a unban, Lowered ban time or an increased ban depending on the situation. As well as all this if on the appeal the user is reporting misconduct by the TeamSpeak staff member I will also discuss this with the staff member and any proof that the user may have provided if there is valid proof showing the clear fault or of the staff member admits then I will handle that situation as well else if the staff member denies these allegations and the user has not provided any proof then I will not be able to take any action on the abuse.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
As a Teamspeak Head Administraitor you have 2 main new powers
Removal and Addition of Powers
As a TeamSpeak Staff you can add and remove TS3 Ranks but as a Head Administrator, this power extends to giving TeamSpeak Staff powers. This power is similar to giving ranks to users but as a Head Administrator you have the power to give Teamspeak powers as well as remove them, you should only be giving powers to a user who is already TeamSpeak Staff and has somehow lost it whether this be in reinstalling his/her computer or if it is him/her logging onto a different device, if they just got accepted as a TeamSpeak Staff or even if they just got accepted as a new Super Admin on one of our servers, then I would need to train them and make sure they are ready and know what powers they have and how to use them efficiently to make sure they are ready and know what they are doing but you need to identify that the person receiving the rank is who they say they are and you can achieve this via various techniques because you would not like to give people ranks if you do not know that it is them.
The ability to handle Ban Appeals as well as unban users
At this point the only people who are qualified to handle Teamspeak unban appeals are the Owners, Community Managers and Teamspeak Head Admins, to handle an appeal you would first need to read over the appeal and look at any evidence they may have and then once you get the scope of the situation you can then speak to the Staff Member who has banned them and discuss the ban and whether or not the user should be unbanned. However, if you can not come in contact and no one else can then you can make your own judgement from what is said on the appeal. Earlier in my application I have explained how you would handle an appeal so there is no need to repeat myself.
What would I do different with my new powers?
So this might sound odd, but I wouldn't do all that much different with my new powers. I'd handle the ban appeals and do my job, but overall I wouldn't really change what I'm doing now. The reason why I want this isn't so that I can have more power to help, but so that people will go to me faster so I can help. Currently, I feel like I'm not helping enough. The reason for this is that I'm just "another one of those TeamSpeak staff members." Not that many users would go specifically to me over someone else but perhaps they might feel more comfortable to reach a TS Head Admin that they know already and better than others.
