Languages I speak: English and Polish

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random DeathMatch is term when one player kills another player without any reason ( randomly). For example player is shooting at the wall and another player kill him or one player is near dead bodies and another one kills him without giving him ability to explain himself.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
1. You saw someone who kills another player and after checking dead player's body you find out he was innocent.
2. Someone is shooting you but didn't kill you yet, you can KOS him.
3. You saw someone shooting someone else and when you go near him he starts shooting you.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1. Someone is shooting in the wall.
2. KOS'ing someone before checking if body is innocent or traitor ( of course exluding situation when he is shooting you)

Why I should be chosen: Firstly, I have expierence being mod and stuff on 1 prop hunt gmod server and 1 TTT server. Secondly I speak english on good level ( ik it is not a big achievment xD). Thirdly i really wont to be one.

Seems like you just joined the server today? We recommend 2 weeks of activity before applying for moderator. Application could've used a little bit more work/detail. After viewing your correct gametracker, it appears you only have 1 day of activity this entire month. That is not nearly enough time to become a moderator. Remain on the server with good activity, show you know the rules by not getting recent punishments, and reapply in a week or two and you will have a much better chance.
