Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
EX: Random death match or RDM is when someone kills someone without reason within the rules.
Scenario: Random player leaves spawn and gets killed by psg for no valid reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
EX: New life rule or NLR is when you die and have to forget all things in your past life and not come back for 3 minutes.
Scenario: raiding bank, PD, or any other base, dying and then coming straight back

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would take to a roof like any other sit and ask for the reasoning of that kill, if the reason player y gives me a valid reason I would ask player x for proof to go further to get him warned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would take both parties to a roof and ask player y why he broke nlr, then proceed to check his rap sheet, if it was a first time thing with no recents of NLR i would give verbal at most only if it wasnt mass nlr.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I think i would be a good member of the staff steam because im a active member of the community on everyday and almost every hour of the day, Would also like to sort out the rule breakers when noone else is on early in morning or late at night would and could be very handy, also i would like to think i have a really good understanding of the rules of the server! Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something.
