Plans as Head Administrator:
Our staff team has dwindled in numbers as of recent, so as head administrator I will attempt to rejuvenate our staff team. With this rank, I feel I will have more influence over people who are considering applying for a staff rank. I will also help them through all the steps and requirements necessary in order to become a staff member of Zarp TTT. I will also be able to better communicate plans throughout the staff team, and ensure everyone currently on our team will be able to fulfill their duties to the fullest, and to their best extent, through a variety of methods. I already do this as a Super Administrator, however, as Head Administrator I feel I will have more say in the choices staff make, allowing me to be able further progress the goals we currently have on TTT. Getting rid of inactive staff is also a necessity, and as HA I will be more equipped to deal with them and be able to deal with them in the appropriate manner. Luki and House are currently doing a great job, but I feel with me included in the team, I will be able to help them accomplish what they wish too more efficiently, and I feel I will be a beneficial addition to an already great HA team. I will also attempt to regain the #1 spot on TTT, by being more active on the server and encouraging others to play on the server. By increasing the playerbase, we will further our rank on gametracker and prove we are the best TTT server currently out there. Removing false punishments is also important, and with my timezone, I will be able to remove punishments when the other HA's are unable too, ensuring a fair and just punishment system on the server.
Activity:
I have been extremely active on Zarp TTT, even before I was ever staff. I have remained committed to the server, through thick and thin, showing my faith in this server and perseverance even when things were not looking up. Despite getting LT, I have managed to remain a high and consistent activity on the server even though I have many other obligations to fulfill. Admittedly, this week, my activity has been rather low on certain days, but this is due to my university courses being busy and me trying to make time for them including my obligations to other servers on Zarp.I promise to keep my activity high and consistent throughout my time on Zarp from here on out. Whenever I am free, I always try to get on the server to make sure staff are doing their jobs to the best of their abilities, and guarantee rule breakers are dealt with in the just and fair manner. If necessary, I will tell staff who are doing their jobs incorrectly why they are doing it wrong, and will make sure they understand why it isn't correct, and how they can do better in the future.
Attitude:
No matter how rude a user or staff member is, I keep a calm and collected attitude throughout the process so the situation is dealt with to the best of my ability. I have a great attitude towards those in game, and will never hesitate in answer a question, even if it is redundant, so users and staff feel welcome and that they can trust me on the server. Even though some may question my attitude due to my past, I believe my time as a staff member has proven I have matured to the point where I deserve this role. I have had 0 talking to's, officials, or anything of that matter on TTT. I currently have 0 report abuses, as a staff member, made on me made as of right now. Many were question whether I was deserving of the role of LT on TTT due to my past attitude, but through the months I have been a staff member, I feel I have proven to be completely capable of such a role and more, and have remained the attitude required of such a role.
Dedication/Helpfulness:
I have explained this on my Super Administrator application, but much has improved since then. As previously stated, I am always willing to answer any questions user or staff have, and will answer and help these people in question as well as I can. On top of that, I am willing to go beyond my staffing duties to ensure the server has an active player base, even if that means staying on until the late hours when almost no one is on. I always request false punishments to be removed as soon as I am able too, so users do not feel as if they are being treated unfairly by staff. I have carefully viewed staff who have not been doing their job to standard, or have not been getting the activity required of them, and have dealt with it properly in many circumstances as my time as SA. This helps the server overall, as it rids it of inactive staff and those who do their jobs inadequately, allowing for a better server and more effective and efficient staff team on the server.
Forums/Teamspeak Presence:
I am on Teamspeak every day. On certain days however, I tend to be on much later due to my university schedule. However, I am willing to communicate to whoever needs me at the moment or just wants to talk, as it does not bother me whatsoever. On days where I am free for the whole day, which is 4-5 days of the week, I am on much earlier and am able to communicate with many members of the TTT staff team, and the Zarp community. On the forums, keeping a presence has been a bit tricky as TTT threads are rarer to come around, but I still attempt to reply to thread I feel as relevant to me. My forum presence can certainly improve, as their is always room for improvement, and with more TTT threads showing up, I will show that my presence does not only pertain to teamspeak, steam, discord and the server.
Meetings:
I have attended almost every meeting since my time as moderator. I always add my input to every candidate, and will make my opinion heard. As my time as Super Administrator, I have made sure I have attended every single meeting, as I understand how important it is for LT to be present at these events. I also include everything I feel is necessary during these essential meetings, and am always open minded to differing viewpoints. I never am hostile nor confrontational, but will back my viewpoint on a certain matter until proved otherwise.
Experience:
As most of you already know, I have the experience of Super Administrator on TTT. I am also currently an administrator on Prophunt and a moderator on SSRP. These positions have allowed me to branch out into the Zarp community, and meet many new individuals. I attempt to maintain my activity and duties on all servers I am currently staff on, despite my LT role on TTT and my university schedule. With this experience, I have learned a lot about the fundamentals of staffing and how Zarp operates. I have always done my job to an exceptional standard, and feel as though my time as an SA on TTT has allowed me to understand the responsibilities which are required with such a position.
Things I have handled:
I have handled appeals, to report abuses on staff members within the TTT staff team. I have dealt with unruly staff members in game appropriately and have issued punishments towards them as I felt necessary regarding the circumstances. I have always informed staff and users what to do if they felt their punishment was unjust, and have been fair in regard to all situations I have come across. I always been impartial in all circumstances I have come across, as it is the right way to approach such events.

If you feel my application is insufficient in certain areas, if I am moving too fast, or if you feel I am not suitable, please inform me with your concerns. Despite my feelings of satisfaction with my current role and how I have been in going about through my duties, others may feel differently which I completely understand. I also would like to add that my timezone would be beneficial, as I would be able to deal with Head Administrator tasks when other Head Administrators are unavailable. I have spoken to many staff about how they feel as me as SA currently, and I have received appraisal thus far. Staff and user input is extremely important to me, so I attempt to get it during times when I feel it is necessary so I can improve.
