Estimated Server Time: 4 - 5 weeks and I have attended 3 - 4 meetings (didn't know there was meetings to attend in first week)

Explain a situation when it would be appropiate to use the ban command: If someone had too many recent warns, loopholing racism many times.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

My response would be to talk to the person that I have banned and tell them that I made a mistake perm banning them for cheating as it was his first ban and that I quickly jumped to concluesions and decided to just perm ban him instead of making it a ban for a few days/hours or longer.

Why I should be promoted?:
I think I should be promoted because in many situations on the server it has been just me on and someone has been Mass RDMing and has quickly left so I can't ban them, also as my time as being a Moderator there has been some staff that have recommended me to apply for Admin and them supporting me for it which I am confident now in my application.
I think I should become Admin as I have wanted to before and the fact that I have had attended meetings and being Moderator for a few weeks and a couple of days now.

Yes yes, well deserved in my opinion.

You have a goot attitude, you are nice and calm, has a good activity, the application could be a bit more detailed for my taste, but overall you look like a good candidate for me.

Activity is wayyy above average, absolutely smashed the 4hr minimum from what i can see
application is a tad short but all the necessary stuff is there.
Havent been on to see your attitude but i trust Nepgears opinion on that front.
