What is Ghosting? and give an example:
ghosting is when a player affects the game by making a trap easier to person , an example is when there is a multiple platforms trap and a player on the death team or a dead player gives out the runners which platforms were selected , another example is telling the runners if a trap is activated or not , it generally means telling the runners secrets that shouldn't be said.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
i would first nicely ask him to quit what he's doing for three times , if the player did not stop i would gag / mute the player for a short period of time , if the period is over and the player is back to being disrespectful i would warn him and kick him out of the server , if the player reconnected and continued the disrespectful acts i would then ban him for a day or two ( it all depends on what his disrespectful acts were ).

Why I should be chosen:
first of all i know how to handle with people as i have participated in some irl events as a staff member , i also have a little bit of experience since i co-owned a server 2-3 years back in dark rp , another thing is i always liked zarp and preferred it over every other deathrun server , i really like the staff and the people who play there and i am committed to the server and i believe i would be a good addition to the staff as i have a lot of free time on my hands and could probably be on whenever , i also want to help make this server better whether in making staff more available or helping the users who would appreciate a good staff assistance .
