Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Congratulations on becoming a moderator on the server. I'm gonna run you through the 4 basics
1. F1 menu here you can see the f1s that you can handle you should always try to do the f1s whit the highest wait time, and if the person is afk just abort the f1 and tell the other staff about it,
The 2nd one is warning that in rarely used you should use the F6 menu for that I'll go over that later,
The 3rd one is the logs it tells you the Kills, Deaths Disconnects and Connects, Name changes, Defibs, and arrests
The 4th one is active NLR it shows you the NLR everyone has on the server,
2.Tab Menu
1st Option is a kick- you should you use this as a last resort if there aren't any admins on
2nd Option Is mute chat- that stops the user form posting something in chat for your set amount of time use this when people disrespect in OOC
3rd Option Unban from job - this allows you the make someone allowed to play a certain job if an admin has banned them from that job
4th Option Freeze - Freeze the Targeted person Which makes them not be able to move, Take dmg or be arrested.
5th Option Slay- Kills the Targeted person and kill them there are 4 options Normal, Silent, Explode and rocket use silent for rp reasons
6th Option Mute Globally- Gags the Targeted person for a set time not allowing them to talk through voice chat use this if someone is Mic spamming.
7th Option Teleport- Teleports the Targeted person to your cursor
8th Option Back- Teleports the person to their last location or spawn
3.F6/Rapsheet
That shows you the warnings people have gotten. (Click on a person on the server to show their warnings if someone isn't online at bottom you can find use steam id)you should consider this when you warn people
4. You warn people by using /warn [steamid] (reason)
That is everything that you need to know for being a mod and here's a tip always use steam ids

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first contact the banning admin and try to get their opinion on the ban if the banning admin doesn't want the user unbanned and feels they should wait a little more time for getting unbanned I would deny the appeal saying we feel as you should wait more time.
If the banning admin wants the ban removed I would accept the ban appeal welcoming them to the server and they should be careful not to break rules since they would be banned again.
If I can not reach the banning admin I would my own verdict on the ban appeal either accept it or deny it.
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
I feel I should be chosen since there aren't really many admins on the server and when that happens the server just goes to chaos and everyone is rulebreaking and I should be chosen since I was an admin before and during my time as Admin I wasn't demoted and didn't receive an official, I feel if I become staff again I would be able to help the server again,
