Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Honestly, i was often frustraded because of the lack of powers i have as moderator.
That's understandable, i'm not applying for admin only to get promoted for no reason.
As admin you have alot more of powers, it's a way more easier to staff as admin, and trust me, i'm not useless, as admin i could now be independent such as, Banning, jailing users without asking for help and waiting 10 minutes.
To conclude, i will be a lot more efficient as admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I had a lot of obstacles, such as peoples RDMing users in front of me, then searching 2 mins in the TAB menu to freeze the rulebreaker, then notice the guy had 9 recents and had to get banned, but i couldn't ban him nor find an admin to get him banned.
Aslo a i had a lot of peoples reporting users for being their building base raided, then went to him, and notice he had entities that allowed players to raid him.
The guy then started arguying and said i was a shitty mod etc..

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?


Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
In the first place, i'd like to thank every staff members that helped me to get promoted to moderator, you guys believed in me, and i'm very proud of what i've done.

I'd like to get promoted because, the administrator rank allows me to do more usefull things to staff correctly.
I am very trustworthy, and i believe i can staff even more as admin.
I personally think, i am one of the most active staff, i have finished over 250 F1's in 2weeks of staffing, and currently have 56 weekly F1's done. I really want to make ZARP a better place, i do my best to help users, i try to refund players when they lost items, i give suggestions and advises to new players to integrate the community.
Anyways, i hope the staff team will believe in me, and give me a that opportunity to be promoted to admin.
