Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

RDM-Random death match is when someone kills another player without a valid reason. For example. Player A kills player B for saying hi to him in a rude tone.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

NLR-New life Rule is going back to the same place after death. Or returning to a raid on your base to kill a player. This also applies to knowledge in the past life For example. Group a are raiding Group b base. Group a die and go back to kill them. This would be nlr.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First of all i would use the command !bring on both of them taking them to a secure place on a roof. I would then ask what the reason for killing him was. Depending on the reason i would handle the situation If it was rdm i would check past warning of the player If he hadn't rdmed before i would verbally warn him. If it happened again i would warn him . Again i would jail him. Then i would ban if it kept happening. I would then use the command !return on them once the sit is over. I would say have a nice day of course first.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

first i would bring them to a sit again. I would check logs to see the times apart and see if it was in the span of the NLR timer he returned. I would then handle the situation if it was NLR. I would verbally warn him if it didn't mess with the other players rp. If it did i would warn him. I would then return them both with !return after saying have a nice day.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):

ZarpRP is the only server i really play on anymore. It's where i spend all of my time on gmod. I love the server, I've made a lot of friends on the server and had a lot of fun experiences. I want to let new and other players have the same experiences by making sure their rp isnt ruined by people who decide to break the rules and spoil the fun. I plan on donating soon as well as i want to support the server as it is the best gmod server i've played on. I also see a lot of rule breaking which is really annoying and have seen a few people quit the server due to the mass amounts of rdm etc. I want people to stay on the server, i want to help aid the population and help keep new players on the server. I'm very friendly and am keen on helping new players. I care a lot about the survival of the server and the only way we can achiev this is by having a friendly and fun environment for others. I am also qualified, I have used ulx before on past servers. I know english well and am professional in sits. I'm not biased and don't take sides even if it is my friend in the sit. I am friendly and can handle stressful situations well. I don't have a massive ego and am not afraid to ask for help - my opinion its better to ask than be wrong. I will not talk down to anyone or abuse my powers. Even for a "joke". RPing will no longer be my number one responsibility - taking sits will. As a staff member i think you should give up more of your rp to help the server and deal with sits. - Basically making it more fun for others even if it takes some of mine away. It won't take my fun away though - i love helping the community and don't mind giving up my rp time. I'm also very active and will be on the server a lot to help. I have a working mic and have no problem with my communication skills. As i said before i can deal with stress easily. If someone gets mad at me and starts shouting at me saying i'm going to report you etc i would simply link them the staff report section instead of getting into a heated argument. As i was staff before i can deal with sits easily Calming people down unheating situations making the sits easier. I hope you consider my application and appreciate your time reading it.

Good application, helped me out in game when i was scammed once - thanks for that btw. Application is well over 150 words- shows commitment instead of just hitting the 150 then stopping.

really good guy desrvs to be mod helped me when i started on the server to get setup n told me what to do he also gave me money when i didnt eaven ask and showed me how to get an admin when people rdm me
