Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM can be the case in many diffrent scenarios but you should allways have a valid roleplay reason to kill someone E.g - 1. Player x has spawned in to server 1 and player y has a weapon , Player x has ran to the bank where player y is standing with his weapon , player x went into his bank inventory and for no apparent reason , player y guns him down . This would be a case of RDM and player x would make a f1 inorder to report him 2. Player a has a Gun store with a RP house sign out side , player b raids and destroys player a's gun store , killing him in the process , while player b may have been breaking other rules doing so , he also RDMed player a as he had a RP house sign protecting his base(if theres a RP house sign there should be no raid-able entites)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: Again NLR can be broke in multiple cases , usually NRL means when you die , you cant remember your previous life , So if player x killed player y during a raid and player y returned to continue the raid , he would be breaking NLR as if he died , he should have no recilection of where and when he died . To make this easyer for zarp players to understand there is a NLR timer on screen when you die , meaning you shouldent return to the district you were killed in before the timer ends , but the rule NLR still means you forget everything of your past life when you die. Unless another rule says diffrent .If you die in the district you spawn in you should leave and avoid any RP doing so.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would handle the situation in multiple stages 1.I would TP to them both at diffrent times and ask if i can take them to a roof to handle there F1 , 2. i would ask player y if he RDMed player x , If he admitted it i would give him a verbal warning and advise him not to do so again 2. (other example) i would ask player y if he rdmed player x , if he claim he diddent , i would ask player x for proof , if player x provided proof of player y RDMing him player y would recive a warn for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
1. I would Tp to both players procceding to give a message along the lines of "hi im here to deal with your f1 , may i tp you to a roof) i would then ask for both sides of the story , i would then check the logs to see if player y was infact breaking NLR , if this was true i would check his recent warns to see if he had been punnished for this in the recent past , if so i would issue him with a warn , if not i would explain the NLR rule to him and advise that he dident do it again and that it can lead to a warn and even a ban.

I am consistantly active on all three servers meaning that i will be able to handle a wide range of ingame reports over all three servers.
RP experience
I have been a member of zarp RP for over two years now , i was mainly active in 16 and early 17 , but personal illness provented me from being online , i have a wide range of serious rp and semi-serious rp experience ,
1.Zarp Gaming , 800+ hours experience
2.Evolution Serious RP (Arma 3) 200+ hours
3.Arma 3 life (Serious arma 3 RP)
4.Santos RP (Garrys mod serious RP)
I also have staff experience of Evolution RP on arma , where i was Admin for a short time before the server shut down, in this time i picked up experience like A. how to conduct my self in a RP sitiation B. How to handle in game reports like mettagaming ect... C. how to work as part of a team with other staff members.
Passion for helping people
I highly enjoy helping others , wither it be staff or other players
I know the rules
I am very familair with the server rules to the point where i feel i can enforce them efficiantly and make a diffrence to the server.
Extras about me
I am an apprentice greenkeeper at my local golf club , this includes early starts , but also early finnishes , which allows me to be active in peak times everyday , and for a few hours every morning before i leave.
