Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: The player in question RDMed 4 people in one round and then left the game. This would result in me banning him for Mass RDM+LTAP for a day or more depending on recents.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Accepted User:
Hello (Banned user), after talking with a higher staff member, it was decided that your actions on the server did not deserve a lifetime ban. Your appeal will be accepted and you will be unbanned. Keep in mind that any future offenses of this nature will result in another ban.
Denied User:
Hello (Banned used), after a conversation with a higher staff member regarding your appeal, it was decided that your actions were worthy of a lifetime ban. We do not allow your actions on ZARPGaming. This appeal was not accepted and your ban will stay.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. If I was an admin I believe that I could help this server more. With the ability to ban people I could control the server better. Sometimes I find myself in a situation where someone should be banned but there are no admins online to do it and I have to contact someone to get on. I also believe that I'm a kind staff member and generally calm and collected when handling reports. I also think I have good relationships with staff members and the players on ZARP. I love talking to new players and old friends on the server and making everyone's day better. I have good activity on this server and a good amount of experience as a mod, the only thing I don't do a lot as a mod is attend meetings but that's because my parents are annoying and make me do stuff. I've been a moderator on ZARP for about a month and a half and I think I have enough experience as a mod to be able to be an admin well.

No idea if LTAP works differently on TTT, but perhaps you should clarify that if he leaves during a confrontation/sit, then you should include it in the punishment. Right now it seems like you add that to his punishment despite not yet having confronted him about the original rulebreaks.

Other than that your thread looks quite decent and your activity won't be a problem as long as you keep it up the following week. Also, you might want to screenshot the gametrackers so people don't need to sign in.

Mass RDM+LTAP means that they Mass RDMed people and left before we could handle the reports so I wouldn't have had time to talk to him/her about it.

Great moderator and is always active on TS and the server. Application is good and your activity is great as well. I feel you definitely deserve the position of administrator, as demonstrated through your commitment and effort towards the server.

You're a good moderator who is active on Teamspeak aswell as having amazing consistent activity on the server. You also have an ok attitude, Although your maturity can be a bit up and down at times but you show great attitude towards staffing from what I have seen. Best of luck.
