]What is Ghosting:
Well Ghosting is "when a dead runner or a spectator tells informations to alive runners wich can help him/when a dead runner/spectator gives incorrect information on the game such as the wrong code or 50/50 answer."

I find that ghosting can be done in alot of ways but most commen 'ghosting' is telling the runners the way of the trap is activated (left or right,middle).


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
If a player is been disrespectful ill tell him to stop doing that,
if the disrespectful player/harassers keep going, i will give him/her a warning,gag,mute.
Its ok if he is joking,i see alot of players/staff member joking around with them friends.

In short(First when someone is disrespectful, verbal warn and then gag/mute warn at same time)



Why I should be chosen:
First of all i am a very lovale person in general(also in bed ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°),im almost 19 years old and have a good sense of humor, dont take jokes that seriously(except racist jokes).
2nd i can speak 3 languages so i can understand people if they need help.
3d i stay up at night to play with friends,and i always find myself with kids Spamming,cursing to us wich is very anoying,i always wanted to mute them but coudn't.
4th and final is that i love zarp's deathrun server and would love to help you guys out.

• Activity could also be improved. 2 weeks of consistent activity is recommended.


• Good attitude
• Good with other languages apparently
• Quite friendly
• Application could be improved with basically just more detail
• Personally i think you should wait till next week and keep up your attitude and activity till then. After that you will have my vote.

You should elaborate a little on your thread. Your activity is quite poor but if you keep playing consistently for one more week you are eligible in terms of activity.

You handle situations quite decently from what I can tell.

1.) You've written "Ghosting can be when a dead runner or a spectator tells informations to alive runners which can help him", which whilst it's true it can also be when a dead runner/spectator gives incorrect information on the game such as the wrong code or 50/50 answer.
2.) Harassment and Disrespect are two different rules, so if a disrespectful player then harassers a player it should still probably be a verbal again.
3.) Activity is poor, should first gain 2 weeks of consistent weeks of activity.
4.) 3 Languages spoken which is useful
5.) You talk of being humourous, which whilst it's not exactly relevant, could be used as a perspective of the line between a joke and an insult.

Overall, I'd like you to gain 2 weeks of consistent activity before becoming staff. I'd like you to detail your application more and read the rules thoroughly (Not saying you don't know the rules, just saying it can be helpful to elaborate more on these questions).
