RP Name:Owner Stanley
Time Zone: +00:00 (Scotland) Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/id/stanley184/ SteamID: STEAM_0:1:180522258 Current Gametracker Profiles: Server 1 - www.gametracker.com/player/%7C%20Lucas%2...arpgaming.com:27015/ Server 2 - www.gametracker.com/player/%7C%20Lucas%2...arpgaming.com:27025/ (active Gametrackers above) Estimated Server Time: 800+ Hours Lanuages i speak: English, French(ish) Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when you kill someone without reason to do so , e.g. Player x walks up to player z who is mining and kills him. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when you are killed in a district , and when you are killed you may not return to that district, e.g. Player x is killed by player z in the bank district and player x returns to the bank district after being killed to kill player z , this means player x is breaking NLR , meaning he returned to the district before the timer finnished , (when you die you "forget" about your past life / reason for dieing / dieing at all) Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. First of all i would hear both sides of the story , i would ask questions like , what were you doing when player y killed you ? i would then ask player y why he killed player x , once i had heard both sides of the story ,i would determine wither player x was telling the truth and if it was a real case of RDM , if this was so i would then issue player y with a warning , unless he was a reoffender , if so futher action would be taken. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Firstly i would find out if player y had re- entered the district he was killed in , if so i would issue a warning as he would of been breaking NLR by returning to point of death after respawn Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I should be chosen for the position for multiple reasons listed below 1.Large amount of game time on zarp , this means i understand the server to a huge degree and i know the rules 2. I i have been with zarp now for over two years , so i know the way the server runs and im allways happy to help 3. I am active , i feel i will be a good addition to the staff team due to my activity , i will be able to handle a large amount of f1's and help fight the loosing battle agenst the rule breakers! Personal Statement: I joined zarp in October 2016 , i enjoyed zarp very much at this time picking up over 1000+ hours on garrys mod! i allways enjoyed the way the server was before i left , when i returned , everying had changed , i was being constantly RDMed and at least 40% of the server was rule breakers , i understand that the staff team are strong and work to the best of there ability , but yet i was still being RDMed and i wasent able to enjoy the game like i used to , i feel i will be a good addition to the staff team because im a keen , hardworking , reliable and friendly individual. Thank you for taking the time to read over my application , and i hope to be hearing from you shortly! Yours Sincerly , Stanley |

We recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity. Your application is rushed and is lacking detail.

First of all, your GameTrackers don't show any activity, and I would assume that is accurate since I have not seen you online within the past months at all. Second, you need to elaborate on how you would handle RDM and NLR situations, as well as the definition of RDM.
Even though you have decent game-time overall, we look for consistent activity throughout two weeks, and as far as I'm concerned, you're not even close. Get two weeks of consistent activity, and come back with a more detailed application, as well as with no recent(s), and I don't see a reason to deny you. Anyhow, good luck! |

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application. This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting: Activity, Recent punishments, Needs to learn the rules a bit more. You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP! |
