What is Ghosting? and give an example:
The Ghosting is when a person is dead or a spectator who will reveal valuable information to one or more players still in the sleeve, ghosting is the person who discloses how you can completely go through a trap, the direction to take by example in portals etc

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If I notice someone who disrespects a player on the server, I warn them orally and if he does not stop I put him on mute for 10 minutes and I warn him for the non-respect. Finally I copy his steam id and send it to my back to solve the problem if it is recidivism.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you?)(The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words)):
I want to make myself available for new players or people who do not know much about the server or the game mode,
i like to play deathrun and help people who are new to the server and do not know much about it. I like making myself available to others. If anyone has any questions about some server thing, I would do my best to answer those questions.
I love playing on the server, as I said before, but sometimes, when the members of the administrative team are not logging in, people start to take a little bit of their own, maybe thinking that they can do whatever they want on the server because they are not monitored.

Editing the application: Improvement + content

For the activity it is normal I was on vacation you can look earlier I am very active.

For me you can improve your app by making colors or anything else, it's always apreciated.
Also as you improve your activity that week it's okay.
Maybe describe more the "Why I should be chosen" part.
You're friendly in game.
Know the rules.

Your GameTracker activity is poor, but upon double-checking, I see that it is your GTs who are broken. I believe I've seen you online engaging in conversations on the servers and looking at your thread you seem to have a good gist of the rules.

Improve on the second part of your thread and there's nothing else you need to improve on.
