TOPIC: [Prop Hunt Head Admin] uzi's Application

I'll write a detailed reply seeing as this is a head administrator application and should be reviewed more carefully.

To start, your activity is quite poor; I wouldn't count six minutes of activities in a day to suffice as "consistent" activity. Honestly, though, that's pretty much the only criticism I can come with from an outside standpoint. I would assume you contribute a great deal to the meetings and I have to say I like the type of person you are. Very analytical; you consider all things, and you show little to no bias. Your thoughts and opinions, as a consequence, will always be as objective as possible. Diplomatic; you always try your best to find common ground when discussing something, you don't try to "beat" the opposing person in an argument, you will instead try to convince the person in question respectfully and smartly. I would go on about traits I like about you, but I think you get the point.

Something else I like about your thread is that you aren't afraid to expose your weaknesses. I think the staff team appreciates someone who is transparent and is willing to admit to having weak sides; everyone has them, but only a few people are courageous enough to show them. I value that, and I would assume the staff team does as well.

Your goals as a head administrator are some that I could get behind. I think it's great that you want to encourage people to play and keep the servers alive. Helping staff members improve and weeding out corrupt staff members is also good, so I hope to see you doing that as an HA.

Overall, I think you're perfectly fit for the position, considering your traits and some aspects of your thread. The only negative I can find is your activity, which I'm sure will be no problem after a while.

My play time this week sits at 356 minutes currently (source: link) as given by the handy online tool Xnator advised me to use. Our minimum activity quota is three hours per week, so I have nearly surpassed this by a factor of two which by no means is 'poor' by any stretch of the word.

In comparison to other staff (who shall not be named), I have several hours extra in weekly time above them. So using your definition of 'poor' activity, their activity must be dire but that's entirely a separate issue.
