When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: When someone is continuously breaking a rule after both verbal / actual warnings, or they have many recent punishments for something of the same nature for example constant racism.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: During my time as a moderator there has been several times where people have been racist towards other players or just in general and as a moderator I could deal with this to an extent by warning and gaging them but a few of the times it got to the extent where it warranted a ban due to me being a moderator I was not able to issue this ban myself I worked around this issue by asking an admin that was conveniently online to issue the ban, my promotion would help me deal with these issues of course by giving me permissions to ban and stop any situations like this occurring from then onward.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words) The main reason that I think that I should be promoted is due to how active I am on the server, this past week I have been on the server everyday for at least 5-6 hours so I have been able to help many people with any issues, and have been able to enforce the rules to the best of my ability while I was on the server. If I was to get the promotion I would also be able to deal with issues that I before wouldn't have been able to such as perhaps issuing a ban if necessary. I also think that I have done a good job so far as a moderator and hope to continue my career as staff on Zarp Deathrun as an administrator ensuring that each and every player of the server has the best possible experience they can, free of rule breakers.
