There is a lot of reasons that the ban command is necessary like:
Mass Racism
Ghosting multiple times - a person is court ghosting then they are warned and they carry on any time after being warned many times.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
First I would read through the staff ethos with them and explain to them about how they should conduct themselves
I would then show them admin chat which only staff can see you can type in admin chat by putting an @ at the start of the message for example @Hello everyone this will not work .@Hello as there is something before the @ if a user is spamming admin chat do !amute persons Spamming admin chat
Next, I would get them to bind the ulx menu to a key and run through all of the commands what they do and when showed be an appropriate time to use them Example: The gag command should be used if some on is Mic Spam, being racist or disrespectful. You can go into chat and type !gag Person’s name reason. When you think they have served their punishment you type !ungag person’s name.
Next, I would show them the F6 menu this is a menu that shows everyone on the server’s punishments. Punishments in red are recent (They were warned ect. Up to 2 weeks ago) and this showed dictate the punishment given.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think I should be promoted as I am a trusted member of the TTT community and I am responsible to uses the ban command, handle appeals and the other powers that come with admin on prop hunt. I hope if I don't get this rank that other will to improve the experience for the players.
