TO THE 'LOW-ACTIVITY' COMMENTS
I am aware my activity is not the best at the moment on the jailbreak server. I am applying for SA so that I can help push the server back into better places on the leaderboreds and get the server active again.


How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as admin on jailbreak has been full of ups and downs, despite not being the most active. I have worked with fellow staff members and now I have some extra time on my hands I want to work with everyone to get Jailbreak back to where it belongs; fighting for the top spots in Europe and potentially the world.


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
This happened a while ago, but I was playing my classic warden games and a user started to snap aim onto users when the rebels. I had suspicions so acted AFK, went to spectator and started to spectate him. I sense he was hacking, but as I had no proof I could not take action. This continued for many rounds, and despite attempts to conact LT noone joined and he left a free man.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would read over the story and any relevant evidence provided by the reporting user and contact him/ her if I had any issues or blanks I needed filling. I would then talk to the staff member for their take on the situation and see if the stories match. From there I will decide if the staff member acted in an abusive manner and act appropriotly based on this.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would ask the staff member to explain why they think that the length of the ban is justifiable. I would then explain to them how they should have acted and explain the ethos and methods of banning. I would tell them that they should ban in proportion to the rulebreak and follow a 'step-ladder' system - progressing by each ban.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would tell them, via private message, to change the attitude they are showing towards the player and they should behave more maturely. I would then continue to monitor how they acted from this feedback and step in and handel the situation myself if they had not changed.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would take both staff members to a spacer on Teamspeak and ask them one at a time to explain their side of the story and to find what the root of the argument was.I would then take the necessary action based on what had happened and ask the staff members to apologise to each other and let them know if it persisted further action would be taken.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Depending on the severity of the rulebreak, I would tell the staff member to stop via a private message. If they persisted I would collect evidence in video format for the next LT meeting. If they issue become more severe I would tell the staff member their powers will be removed untill they can act properly and they will be voted upon in the LT meeting.
