Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random death match, know as RDM is when player X walks around the map and suddenly, player Y kill him for a non valable RP reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule know as NLR is when a player is killed in a district, then a timer will show up with the time reaming to come back at the district where he got killed.
If the player returns to the place where he got killed, the timer will show : (BREAKING NLR).

Player X is raiding player Y.
Player X manage to kill player Y, the player Y respawns and come back at his base to kill player X.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I'll tp the both players on a roof, and check their story, after listening them.
I will ask if the victim have any clear & valid evidence of him getting killed.
If player Y had no reason to kill player X, i will check his rapsheet, and warn him if he already got recent warnings.
Or, i will give him a verbal warn if he had 0 recent warnings.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I will teleport the players on a roof, and i will firstly ask if player X has any clear & valid evidences.
I will check the logs to see if the player Y broke the NLR.
If he managed to break the NLR, i will check his rapsheet and warn him depending if he has any recent warnings.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I'm apart of ZARP gaming for a long time, i always wanted to become a staff on SSRP, as i enjoy the gamemode and we are getting a lack of good and efficent staff members.
I qualify myself as a future good & efficent staff member because i already expericend the staff rank on other servers and on other games.
I am very dedicated and i know what to do, i can adapt myself in any situation.
I am polite and very professional.
Zarp needs more staff, everyday there is around 5 staff members on, and there is a very big issue concerning the unhandled F1's.
Everybody knows unhandled F1's are very anoying, we have to wait 10 to 40 minutes to get our F1's handled.
If i manage to get staff, i will clearly fix that major issue.
I will provide fast & good quality work.
