Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: I was on the server and someone had joined (will not state his ING name in case he doesn't want me to) and he started being really racist so I had given him a temporary gag of 10 minutes + a warn after this he had proceeded to do the same in chat which I had given him a mute (as it was the second time) + a warn. He had left the server then joined back, as he had left the gag and mute had been removed and he started to do it again but at the same time (in chat as well as on his mic). As I thought this was really serious I had kicked him for that reason and asked a higher member of staff to come on to give a temporary ban. Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words) I think i should be promoted as the access to bans and temporary bans would proceed to give much higher tiers of punishments.Sometimes people just join to break the rules that the server has made for us to follow. I think it just annoys the other players on the server who want to play and be on the server.Another reason is when someone is contently getting warns and has already gotten a kick the next day they might even do the same thing again which I would need to call a member of staff on and i personally think this causes alot of hassle as they might have something else more important to do (In real life issues) and they need to login for that one event. It would be easier for the higher members of staff as well as me if I would be able to do it by myself. I hope this application was up to your standards. Many thanks in advance. From Briink ❤ |
