What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when a dead/spectating player tells the rest of the players information they otherwise wouldn't know, for example on deathrun there are many maps that require the runner to choose between two possible door of which one will kill them ghosting in this situation would be if someone spectating was to look which door the deaths activated and telling the rest of the players which route to take rendering the trap useless.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) If I was to see a player of the server disrespecting another player and or staff I would first given them a verbal warning over voice chat but not yet any long lasting punishment. If after I give them this initial chance to stop if they were to continue I would then either gag/mute them for 5-10 minuets to give them a chance to calm down or issue a warning.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words)): There are many reasons that I think that I specifically should be chosen to become a moderator I am just going to list a few on them here.

Firstly maturity, I consider myself very mature for my age which is a very important factor when it comes to moderation of a server/gamemode as it allows me to stay calm and collected in situation where perhaps others wouldn't which in turn would help me to continue my job to the best of my ability in high stress or high intensity situations.

Secondly Previous experience, in the past I have been staff on many different servers covering many different many different games such as Minecraft, Garry's Mod, Arma 3 and several others, more specifically I have been staff on large DarkRP servers and I am now making a change over to Deathrun.

Third, activity as I am currently extremely addicted to Garry's Mod and Deathrun specifically I am willing to be very active on the server as currently I spend much of my free time on the Zarp Deathrun server this is important as it will mean to an extent that there will never really be a time without a staff member on Deathrun making sure everything is in check.

Finally recording/evidence, I am able to record at 120 fps in 1080p so I will be able to collect any evidence of rulebreakers that is necessary for me to conduct my business in a high quality way.
