Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I feel like I've learned a lot about how you should behave as a staff member, when and when not to use certain commands and how to appropriately deal with rule breakers and punish them accordingly!

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The ban command should be used when dealing with continuous rule breakers such players with 3+ ghosting warnings, continuous spamming/disrespecting warnings (7-8+) or when dealing with racism, there are a couple more scenarios where I would think they would deserve a ban, such as scamming and last but certainly not least, cheating.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello "name", congratulations on joining the staff team, now I will learn you how you should act as a moderator! First off make sure that you read the Zarp Staff Ethos, it will help you further understand what type of behavior you should have as a staff member and how you should be punishing the rule breakers! Alright, now I'd like to remind you that if you ever have trouble with any rule breaker or have any questions you should call a staff member, they are your friends, not your enemies. with all this being said we wish you all the best "name" and hope you will be having fun!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello "name", I can see you put a lot of effort into your appeal and since this was your first ban I decided to unban you! Now all I ask you is not to break any other rules, play fair and be nice to others!



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think I deserve to be promoted due to my good amount of activity and because I think I proved myself to be a good Moderator! As an Admin, I will be able to deal with rule breakers much easier, without having to bother other staff members!

Oh I messed up a little thank you!

In your application you have put that cheating is a reason to ban someone. When you are an admin you are not allowed to deal with cases like cheating or hacking as you do not get the anti cheat when you are admin but that is only when you are super admin+. Other than that you are good for admin i think.

I had to tell you off for gagging someone for 2 hours recently and you were recently involved in getting someone perma-banned for recent warnings and 1 previous ban.

I think you need more experience.

Although I agree with uzi you have worked hard and are one of the most active staff members on prophunt, you would be deserving of a promotion for it
