Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

When a player leaves to avoid a punishment from a serious rule break. (Racism, mass RDM, continuously leaving and rejoining to avoid a gag/mute)
No intent to play the gamemode/mass RDM.
Refusing to listen to staff.
Provoking staff members and causing a lot of problems.
A player is racist/homophobic

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello player x, i have seen that you sincerely apologised for you actions and deeply regret it, therefore i have decided to give you another more chance. I will shorten your ban to 1 week. I don't want you getting any punishments related to cheating within two weeks or you will quickly be readded to the ban list. Consider this accepted.

Attitude
Having fun is a core part of being a staff member and provoking enjoyment from others is also something i believe a staff member should always do, I always try to do this. I always keep my attitude correct and what is expected of a staff member, even going above the expectations.

Experience
I have a lot of experience as I have been Moderator on Murder and SSRP and also an Administrator on Surf and Trouble In Terrorist Town. I also am currrently a moderator on deathrun and a Head Admin on Prop Hunt, making me believe I am ready to take on the role and the overall obstacle that is in front of me.

You have decent activity and a decent app. My only concern is that i would like you to expand on "When a player leaves to avoid a punishment." Like are you just going to ban everyone who LTAPs once or will it only be for certain rulebreaks.
