Dedication/Activity ~ I have always been a confident and trustworthy leader, whether that be outside of Zarp or inside of Zarp. I have many personal achievements as a result of leadership, By being a staff member, I am a leader. I am able to positively influence fellow players. I help people that are in need, and I don’t expect anything back in return.

Throughout my years of gaming, I have gained all sorts of staff positions, ranging across a wide variety of games. I am currently Deathrun Admin and Surf Admin on Zarp. The community that I was staff on prior to joining Zarp was PlayboxAU, which was a community that hosted Deathrun, Bunny Hop and Flood servers. I was staff there for 6 months, and during that time, I gained a lot of experience and knowledge. I was Deathrun Moderator, Bunny Hop Admin and Flood Senior Administrator (Manager). I came across numerous situations and I was able to work around them easily and appropriately.

It makes me happy that I have other staff, whom I know I can rely on in times of need. In turn, I expect that they know they can rely on me as well. When fellow staff ask me for help, I am always willing to help them. During my time on Playbox, I was able to collaborate with other staff to create various rules and ideas that’d improve the server. I was also able to successfully create documents working alongside other staff, that go into detail about the ULX commands, how to use them and how to properly punish rulebreakers.

I am always quick to respond when there is a problem. If a player happens to break the rules, I would carry out the appropriate punishments accordingly. I do not hesitate, but I do not act on impulse either. Not only do I respond quick to problems, I also respond quickly to almost everything. I can handle a moderate amount of stress, and still maintain my composure.

I will never frame someone else if I happen to do something wrong. I would own up to my mistakes. I take full responsibility for all my actions. If I make mistakes, I take precautions to make sure the same mistake doesn’t occur again. I have only used commands when necessary and appropriate.
I am very respectful towards every player. I treat them the way I would like them to treat me. If a person is being rude, I will still stay calm and tell them to stop in a respectful manner. My attitude in game is good because I am friendly to everyone I come across. I am enthusiastic when playing on the same server with other players. I always maintain a cheerful attitude and I enjoy joking around, as long as it’s an appropriate time to do so. Even if I have one of my bad days, I never take it out on anybody or have a rude manner towards others.

These traits that I possess will help me excel in my duty as a Super Admin. I strongly believe that I am a good candidate for this position. I understand that taking on this role could be a challenge, but it will be a unique learning experience. Having this rank in the community would allow me to work alongside the Lead Team, which would strengthen my capabilities and it is something that I think would be great to do. As I have had mostly fun experiences on Bunny Hop, I wish to make other people’s experiences more enjoyable as well. It would make me very happy to be able to help the community in any way possible.
