Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I'm a former server owner. I worked my way up from Moderator, to Admin, into the lead team, and eventually Co-Owner then Owner. I've bhopped for well over 3,000 hours on Gmod and all of these have been on ZARP Bhop. My knowledge of the gamemode, staff team, and player base, will make me a great asset to the community and staff team when enforcing rules, suggesting new things, and more on the server. I'll be very active as a BHOP Administrator and you can expect me to be a great one.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

Back when I was a Moderator I was consistently having the annoyance of the limited powers. Being the most active staff I often found myself requesting others to get on to ban players for cheating, fix broken maps, remove times, and more of the sort. I'd say the most prevalent issue I ran into was the limited powers and what I could and couldn't deal with as a Moderator.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

For the sake of the policy, we'll assume an administrators contacts me and we decide to unban him.

Hello Danny,

I've spoken with Morgan and we believe you need more time to think about your ban. You were previously punished for cheating and this is a very serious offense on the server that is not dealt with lightly. Please take the next few weeks to think over the ban. We've decided to deny this appeal.

Trusted

I'm a previous Owner of the server x2, and ended up resigning after around a year of being on the team. I'm also a SSRP Admin, and a current Super Administrator on FP SRP. I've got a lot of recognition for my hard work throughout the community and my great work ethic and this will be the same attitude and set of skills I bring back to the BHOP Team.

Friendly

I'm a very friendly person. I talk to almost everyone in the community, and do my best to repair relationships if they're damaged. I get along with the users well and come across as a friendly staff member when dealing with situations.

Helpful

I'm on the server constantly. I'm always enforcing rules, anywhere from mic spam to serious misconduct.

Active

I'm very active on the server and have been so over the past 30 days.

Experienced

Previously in ZARP I've held the positions of Head Administrator on nearly every server excluding Deathrun. I even held Forum Administrator and Teamspeak Administrator. I have a comprehensive and thorough understanding of all ZARP policy and will have a kick in my step when dealing with these on a day to day basis.

Attitude

I've got a very level headed and friendly approach to situations but know when to be stern and disciplinary in my punishments to ensure users learn from their mistakes and wrong doings.
