Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I think that in my time as a Moderator, I have built a great work-flow with the current staff members, especially the current Moderators and Administrators. This made it much easier to handle ingame Reports and General Situations such as Ghosters, Mic-Spam, (...). I have learned everything I need to handle the Moderator Permissions and have kept improving myself by the tips & tricks I get from fellow admins, lead team members and even some mods. I have also learned how the meetings are being handled and I think all of this will contribute greatly.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An example would be if someone were to have 3 Ghosting warnings, I would ban them for the recommended time of 72 hours usually, unless there was great severity or they got more than 3 without being banned. In General, bans are appropriate for Continous rulebreaks such as Continous Ghosting, Continous Disrespect, (...)

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Welcome to the team, (name), I will be teach you the basics of the Moderator Rank here!
First off, make sure to read the Staff Ethos carefully as it contains various useful and important Information. Follow it as good as you can. If you are not sure what to do, ask me. Make sure not to abuse in any way. Now hop InGame, Open the Console and enter 'bind key xgui', for key place anything you want. This will open the gui where you can see the various commands. Here is a link to a spreadsheet which contains the explanation to them as well. (Now I would go through the different commands with him/her)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would try to get in contact with the one that banned him. Depending on what the person says and how severe his type of cheating was, I will talk with the one appealing and we may give him a very last chance. I would watch him for the near future so make sure he doesn't break any other rules. Also, he will be added to my Steam so he can ask my any questions about rules he doesn't understand to make sure he doesn't break them again.

Do not mess this one up, it really is your last chance! First Words
Thank you for reading my Application to Prophunt Admin. I an always open to feedback and criticism so don't worry if you have something really negative about me to say. If I can't make it to admin yet, I will improve myself as much as needed, but I believe myself that I am capable of this position. My reasons will be below.

Activity
I have a great deal of Activity. This counts for Ingame, the Forums and the TeamSpeak as well. I think as an admin it is best for moderators and users if they have a way to contact me quickly. I think in terms of promotions, this would mostly be relevant for communicative terms, meetings, applications and reports.

Staffing experience
I am a staff person, if you know what I mean by that. On most of the servers that I have decided to be my main communities, I had become staff, and as such I have a wide variety of experiences. I know how to keep my cool and handle situations without being disrespectful. I am a quick responder and I do not hesitate to ask for help if I need to do so. I would say for myself that my Empathy is one of my biggest skills not only in games, but in life, and I think this could be of help here.
If I get accepted, I would be a Prophunt Administrator but I would still strive to become more in the future. I think that becoming a Prophunt Admin could further improve my experience and make me a better Staff member overall, which is one of the reasons of applying.
My Staffing experience of over a year in a lead position on other servers made me learn a lot of things and improve myself alot, and I would love to improve myself even further. I know that you can always get better somehow. I learned how to be strict in a way that it doesnt come over as disrespectful. I am never bias, and I would never hesitate to punish friends of mine.

Communication and Team Work
I think that both of these are important, especially in a Staff Team. I know how to work together with the other Staff. I furthermore think that it is important to be communicative, even more so as an Administrator. I like to talk to other people and this is a great perk not just for staff, but everyone. I am on the teamspeak daily and have fun with other people playing prophunt and being on teamspeak. I like to talk with other staff members over Steam, the Staff chat and ingame. I think that keeping a friendly relationship is important, especially for a staff team, and I believe I have been doing so.

My Contribution as a Moderator overall
Overall, I believe I have already contributed greatly to the Prophunt Server in terms of Staffing. Alone or with the help of several other Staff Members such as Praj, uzi, Whidd, Kyber and more we together have brought down a lot of ghosters. I am playing mostly during prime-time and I think it is even more important here. In order to make our server grow, we have to get rid of Ghosters and I believe so far we have all done a great work together. Aside from this, I ran through several other minor issues such as mic spamming, and most of the times I have got these people to stop with verbal warnings. In rare cases I had to gag.
I think it is important as a Staff Member to not work alone or claim to be the one doing all the work. We are all working together most of the times and I like the flow here. I believe that the new Moderators do great if they instantly get involved to this type of Staffing.

Dedication
I am a very dedicated player and staff member. As such, I always work towards making the servers reputation better and bringing down rule-breakers. As I am 19 years old, I am already involved with real work and know how important these things are. I only dedicate myself to servers I really like and enjoy, and this is defintiely one. I think that as an Admin, I could improve this server even further and hope to bring myself in even more at Meetings.

Extra Information:
As was pointed out in my Moderator App as a former negative, the "AFK Spinning" had been stopped since I became Moderator and I have never done it again.
Also, the links at my letter to Moderators are just example link, they actually go to Zarpgaming.com but if I were to make a letter, they would of course work just how they are supposed to.
