Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would kindly asking him/her to stop. If he/she still continues to spam,I will have to gag him/her and/or giving a warning.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I will make sure the person will be unable to use the exploit and will try to get someone from higher staff ranks to handle it.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
I think most people playing prop hunt must know what the term "ghosting" is.
Its basically telling your teammates or your steam friends where the props are hiding while using the spectator mode.
An example: "Aye dude, there is someone under the bed in the bedroom.", "The last prop is outside in that bush!".

Why I should be chosen:

I've discovered this server recently, and after seeing how nice the community is, i decided to apply for staff.
I cannot give myself any reason why not to, I'm always looking forward to learning new things.

One of the main reasons why i should be chosen is my upcoming playtime, I am pretty much always online when i'm at home.
Another reason why is becaused i have alot of experience with being staff on servers and knowing very good what the do's and don'ts are.
Handling bullies? cheaters? no problem for me.

Also, being a staff member just feels good to me.
Its so painful to see someone else ruining the fun on the server and all you can do is waiting for staff members to pop up.

You are a great dude, extremely active and an awesome player.

If I were to evaluate him I would say he has nice communicative skills as well as a sense of justice and is a fair player.
This man definitely deserves a try at Moderator!

He is a great player and it's awesome to play with him, I bet he will be a great addition to the staff team! And I am saying this after 14 months of staffing as a lead team role on a different server. (Not Zarp)
