How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

I feel that through my time of being an admin, I have learned how to use my power in the right ways. It has given me the experience required to go to the next step. I have used all of the commands, and know which powers to use in almost any situation. My experience in staffing has also grown due to my high activity, I have had a lot of time to know my powers, when to use them, and when not to.

What makes me a good candidate?

Dedication
I am a very dedicated player of the server, I have racked up around 120 hours by now. I am always online, every single day. If I am not online on bhop, I will most likely be active on Teamspeak. I have barely touched any other game-modes since getting my admin rank back on zarp. I am really focused on being active and helping users on the server.

Experience
I have had previous experience as a staff member on Jailbreak. I was an admin there for around 2 months. I have also been a moderator on a DarkRP server called CivilGamers. I was a moderator on there for a short while. These experiences have taught me how to be a staff member, and how to handle situations.

Attitude
I have a friendly attitude against other players. I'm always there to help people out. People asking how to Bhop, they feel attacked by another player. I will be there to help them as much as I can.

Rule Knowledge
I have a good understanding of the rules and the Staff ethos. I have read through these multiple times. It's not like bhop has a lot of rules, but the rules that are there, I understand. I also understand the Zarp Ethos and know how to behave in certain situations. I try to set a good example for other players.

Contactability
I am very easy to come into contact with. I am nearly always online on Teamspeak, so I am there to help people out when they need me. If I am not in-game nor on Teamspeak, users can always add me on steam, I will accept them and help them out with what they need me for. Since there is now also a Zarp Discord, I will most likely be active on that as well.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

I have encountered someone who would like to stay anonymous contacting me with proof of a staff member scripting. I was not able to help this person out myself and ended up contacting a lead-team member about it. It all ended up with the lead-team member I contacted telling me they would spectate the suspected player. And from there on out, I don't know if any other actions were taken. A small talk with the suspect for example.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

I would first contact the staff member in admin chat, asking for a reason for the excessive ban length, if I agree with them, because they give me a good and understandable reason, ( Them having recent punishments or them having multiple warnings from other staff members but their behavior continues. ) If I feel like they are in the wrong, I would ask them to come on Teamspeak, and tell them their mistake, followed by me reducing the ban length.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I would just ask them in admin chat if they could act more appropriate to the user they are dealing with. In case they won't change their attitude, I will ask them to come on Teamspeak, tell them they should set an example of a good player, and act maturely. If they refuse to take my advice and proceed to give a bad attitude towards the player, I will take over and handle the situation. After that, I will have a good talk with them, and go over the staff ethos.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

I would ask the accuser on Teamspeak first, listen to their side of the story and take notes, then ask them to leave so the accused person can come in the lobby. I will take notes again, and give myself some time to think. If I am having trouble making a decision I will contact a fellow lead-team member to help me out. Followed by that I will ask them both to get into a Teamspeak lobby with me to resolve the situation by talking it out.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

I will quickly tell them to stop arguing here, and move over to Teamspeak with me. In the lobby, I will ask them where the problem is and how we can fix it. If they keep arguing with each other on Teamspeak, I will talk to them individually, after that talk with the three of us again so they have both told me their side of the story, then resolve the problem with the three of us.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

Harming users with your powers is of course unacceptable. I will take their powers away, and politely yet forcefully tell them to get on Teamspeak. I will talk to them, saying what they did was unacceptable and they should never use their powers in a bad way. If they refuse to listen or have no care of doing the things I'm telling to do, I will keep their powers restrained from them until the meeting, where I will bring it up, and try to find a solution with the other lead-team members.
