When a player leaves to avoid a punishment.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, i have seen that you sincerely apologised for you actions and deeply regret it, therefore i have decided to give you another more chance. I will shorten your ban to 1 week. I don't want you getting any punishments related to cheating within two weeks or you will quickly be readded to the ban list. Consider this accepted.

Attitude
Having fun is a core part of being a staff member and provoking enjoyment from others is also something i believe a staff member should always do, I always try to do this. I always keep my attitude correct and what is expected of a staff member, even going above the expectations.
Experience
I have a lot of experience as I have been Moderator on Murder and SSRP and also an Administrator on Surf and Trouble In Terrorist Town. I also am currrently a Admin on Jailbreak and a Head Admin on Prop Hunt, making me believe I am ready to take on the role and the overall obstacle that is in front of me.

Though by the meeting, my activity will only be 2/3 weeks, I believe my rule knowledge will be sure to make this up. My last warning was on June 1st and that was from me not realising there was a report on me and leaving. I have a lot of previous experience in this role of TTT admin and have been helping to assist a few people even though I am not staff there.
Also I know my activity isn't the best right now as I became inactive for a week due to me being sick and needing to do school work. It will most definitely be consistent up until the meeting. any constructive criticism is welcomed
