What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a player who is dead gives a further advantage or less chance of survival by giving details both wrong or right about their upcoming obsticale, for example:
Timmy: This 50/50 is hard... I have no idea which way to go!
*DEAD* Bobby: I died on the right, so it's left!
Timmy: Really? Thanks...
Depending on the ghosting player's answer, the alive player could die or survive using this information, whether the ghoster is wrong or right, it still changes the run unfairly.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Disrespect can vary from intensity, for example someone telling someone to shut up, or calling them a noob could be let off with a light warning, however, racism could result in a ban/kick as it is unacceptable. I would deal with a disrespectful player by letting them know this is not acceptable, and if the player furthers their disrespect I would take action.

Why I should be chosen: I feel I should be chosen as I play on this server very often, and know the ins and outs of player management. I've got prior experience as a Head Administrator on a DarkRP server, a Staff Manager on a SWRP server which had 20-40 players on it each day, and moderator on numerous other DarkRP servers. I've also nearly hit 3,000 hours on Garry's Mod, so I may be able to help with ingame issues. I feel I go above and beyond, for example I used to be an event planner for a server and used to complete 7+ events per day, with the rest of the team commiting to one per week. I feel like a staff member needs to be respectful at all times, logical and make conversation to keep the players coming back and feeling welcome. I know I can fill this role perfectly.

Decent app

I haven’t seen you on the server myself, but the other staff members seem to support you.
What I can say though: Having had experience in a DarkRP server as a head admin, you sure have experience as staff which is a huge plus. Your activity is high but inconsistent, get good activity for Friday and you will have my vote, as long as you have no recents / not too many recents.
