How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel that through my time of being an admin I have learned how to use my power in the right ways, it has given me the experience required to go to the next step. I have used all of the commands, and know which powers to use in almost any situation.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Dedication
I am a very dedicated player of the server, I have racked up around 120 hours by now. I am always online, every single day. If I am not online on bhop, I will most-likely be active on teamspeak. I have barely touched any other game-modes since getting my admin rank back on zarp. I am really focused on being active and helping users on the server.
Experience
I have had previous experience as a staff member on Jailbreak. I was admin there for around 2 months. I have also been a moderator on a DarkRP server called CivilGamers. I was moderator on there for a short while. These experiences have taught me how to be a staff member, and how to handle situations.
Attitude
I have a friendly atittude against other players. I'm always there to help people out. People asking how to Bhop, they feel attacked by another player. I will be there to help them as much as I can.
Rule Knowledge
I have a good understanding of the rules and the Staff ethos. I have read through these multiple times. It's not like bhop has a lot of rules, but the rules that are there, I understand. I also understand the Zarp Ethos, and know how to behave in certain situations. I try to set a good example for other players.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member
but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have encountered someone who would like to stay anonymous contacting me with proof of a staff member scripting. I was not able to help this person out myself, and ended up contacting a lead-team member about it. It all ended up with the lead-team member I contacted telling me they would spectate the suspected player. And from there on out I don't know if any other actions were taken. A small talk with the suspect for example.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Denied
Thank you for reporting the staff member in question. After reviewing your evidence, and having a good talk with the staff member, I have decided to deny this appeal due to: ( reason for denial )
.
Accepted
Thank you for reporting the staff member in question. After reviewing your evidence, and having a good talk with the staff member, I have decided to accept this report.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would firstly ask why the staff member has banned the user for the amount of time, there might be a good reason behind it. If I feel like his reason is not fair, I will politely yet forcefully tell him to change the time of the person's ban due to it not being reasonable. If they do not coöporate, I will do it myself, and bring it up in the meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member if they could come on teamspeak, so I can talk to just him through voice. It feels more personal, and It's better to understand eachother. If the staff member cannot come on teamspeak for some reason, I would tell them through steam-chat, or admin-chat, that they should be more appropriate to the user they are dealing with, making sure they are more polite and giving them a fair chance.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the person who is accusing the other to come in a teamspeak channel with me and explain their story. I will take notes on the things they say in a notepad, then ask the accused person to come on teamspeak and do the same thing. I will give myself some time to think, and if I am struggling contact another lead-team member to help me out. I will decide what I think is best, and handle from there.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would quickly tell them to both stop making arguments, then ask them to come in a teamspeak lobby with me to talk it out. I will let each staff member give their story, and see how we can resolve it without any actions being taken. If that works out we can just move on. In case it doesn't get resolved that quickly, I will try to talk to them privately first.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I will first of take away their powers. Using your powers in a way where it harms other users is not done. I will tell them to get on teamspeak as soon as possible. I will tell them what they have done, and where they went wrong. I will send them the Staff-Ethos so they can read it. I will keep their powers from them untill the meeting, where it will be further discussed.
Thank you for reading my application.
