I am currently maintaining activty on Deathrun, TTT, Bhop , Surf(not great), Teamspeak, and the forums.I want to help the server as much as i can and improve the server in anyway possible. I am helping other admins & mods if they do something wrong, i'll point something out to them to help them for the future.Everyday i dedicate most of my spare time to come and boost the Deathrun server population and im dedicated to stay on the server and keep it all clean and rulebreak clear. [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] In my time of being admin i have shown my leadership and dedication to the staff. i have been trying to calm down staff members who can't handle situations properly and help them out. i show my leadership by always having a second eye for staff if they do and wrong doings. my leadership would be demonstrated even more if i get the SA rank. In my past staffing experience, I have made mistakes and immediately improved on them as needed. [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] There was a player who doing massive exploits At that time there were 2 moderators on the server who could not stop that guy from exploits. There was another Admin on the server then, but he was afk. And I had to deal with it myself. I warned him and slayed him and told him that if he continued, he would finally get a ban. And finally he got. Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I'd review the report checking the proof If provided is valid then I'd reply to it saying either, Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] Thank you for the report (NAME) Unfortunately I am going to have to deny this Because there was not enough Evidence given to show the full event or to fully show that this was abuse Thank you for the report (NAME) This report will be Accepted because you have supplied enough evidence showing them Abusing their powers, This will be brought up at the Lead team meeting and I'll speak to (Staff members Name) about the situation Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would start by making the staff member aware that he banned him for too long then I'd continue by asking the staff member about why he felt it Deserved so much time, I would then make sure the staff member Understood that the ban was Too long and then Come to an agreement that it would've been lowered. Then ill tell him, he should contact with the banned member to tell him that the time was decreased. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would spectate this situation, and see how they handle the situation. If they make mistakes, I would message them, detailing the mistakes they made and how to correct them. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? First I would contact the staff member who is accusing him for breaking rules trough private chat. I would ask what the story is and if he has any evidence. If they don't have evidence I can't take action against the other staff member. If he has evidence I would look at it. If you can clearly see that the staff member is breaking a rule I would say that he needs to make a report on the forums to report the staff member. This is so the lead team knows about the situation. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team.How do you resolve the situation? I would explain that they need to act professional and arguing won't help the situation, i would first see what the situation is about then i would handle it and explain that they need to handle the situation in a respectful calm manner and that they shouldn't lash out at each other. after talking to them in the spacer i would explain to them that staff need to be as professional as they can be but not be superior in a disrespectful way but in a respectful, calm, nice way. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I'd speak to the staff member telling them The rules they are breaking then If they continued I'd ask them to come on to teamspeak so I can discuss it with them, then I'd proceed to make them aware that if They are caught breaking any rules again It would be brought up in the meeting, Though if they had broken rules before and got caught I'd tell them about it and say they were breaking it and then I'd tell them that they were breaking a rule and make them aware it would be brought up in the Lead team meeting.
