Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
First, I would try to explain verbally by saying you need to hold the key nearest to the side of the ramp you are on and get them to spectate me to try and help them out.
Then, if they still do not understand I would link them a more in-depth YouTube video explaining it in greater detail.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If a user was mic spamming or text spamming I would ask them once to stop, and if they continue they would be muted.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If I noticed someone using an exploit on the server I would ask them once to please stop using the exploit and kick them if they continue to do so.

Why I should be chosen:
Surf is pretty fun and I don't see too many active staff, but there usually isn't a problem except for a few times when a blatantly racist user went on spamming chat with racial slurs making it difficult and annoying to even be on the server. This makes the server seem like a toxic environment to new players and might turn them away from playing on the server.

Quite low activity.
we recommend 2 weeks of consistent activity when going for a staff role.
apart from that don't receive and punishments.
