Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If someone were to text or mic spam, I would start off by kindly asking him to stop. If he does not stop however, and blatantly continues I will have to gag him. Depending on the severity of his Mic Spam I will add a warning too.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First off, I would slay the person on the spot and make sure he is unable to use the exploit until the Lead Team has come on or can handle it. I would not make the exploit public or tell anyone about it. I would forward the Information I have gained to the Lead Team which will then handle it.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting means using a third person software in order to give your or the others teams spots away. An example would be joining the spectator team, then messaging your friend on Steam where everyone is.

Why I should be chosen:

Experience
Not only do I have experience in Garry's Mod with about 3500 hours playtime, I have also a high amount of Staff experience from other servers. I have been Staff for 14 months at a specific server where my duty was equivalent to that of the lead team on this server. Of course this will not be of much use for you as you may or may not believe me, but I believe I am highly capable myself. Ever since I have been young, I have been told that I am the leader type of guy. This might come into play in the future.

Activity
Although I have a real life myself I can be pretty active. I love the enjoyment of prophunt games and always try to go over the top of the spots there. Right now I have been on most times of the day. I have witnessed several rule breaches which have been either forwarded to the forum or to specific staff members who have been kind to help me out. I am also living in Germany which means I am currently in a European Timezone (MEZ). This might help stop rulebreaks while other staff are sleeping. I also find it important to frequently check in on the forums and teamspeak to not miss out important details.

Dedication
When it comes to staffing, I feel like I am a very approachable and dedicated person. I feel like I am the "born staff" type of guy. If I want to do something, I will do it even if it means giving up some little things. I am very open on criticism. I dont let words get to me and always try to improve myself. I have learned so much over the course of these 14 months and I hope I can still improve myself here!

Communication
I am a very communicative person. I like to talk with the players on this server and encourage them to something new. I never refrain from bringing up important matters to a higher up staff member merely due to his position on the staff team. It's important to me to be part of a good community, and I definitely see this here so far.

Last words
I know this might be too much words for a mere application to a moderator position of the Prophunt server, however I simply could not write less. I hope you understand this and hope this wasn't too long.

Is this a mod or a super admin application?

Has been a stand up user on the server and has reported many rulebreakers to the forums. If he ever had an issue he came to me and we were able to solve it. Quite possibly one of the strongest candidates for mod in a long time. Also this is quite the exemplary application.

Your activity looks good at a glance but how much of it is spent spinning with an AFK script in off-peak hours?

The effort that you put into this moderator app is shocking.

I play probably 5-10 hours actively a day @uzi
For reference use my Score, I get 0 Score during inactivity as I can't get any hunter kills.
This can also be seen by my communication with others ingame, the forums and the teamspeak as I am always actively communicating and for example calling for staff or filing a report if something bad happens.

I calculated my "Active activity" at about 25 hours right now

I don't doubt you legitimately play - infact I can't considering every time I've logged on this week you've been playing and interacting with the other players and setting a good example. If I were you though, I would start logging off when you're not playing instead of spinning in spawn AFK primarily due to the reason stated above.

Nonetheless are you a great candidate and I think you would be a fine addition to the Prop Hunt team.

Thanks for your feedback, I will keep it in mind for the future. Of course I understand what you mean, it would just leave players frustrated, so I will probably stop doing that and rather join the spectator team as a staff member.

I dont really see AFK as a problem unless you are a staff member of course, afking for 5 hours would suck because they think they can contact you but never have a chance. I would not do that of course

Your activity is the best I've ever seen

I‘d like to note that on weekends my activities could decrease sometimes because due to College, I don‘t see my parents often and sometimes go home for the weekends where I cant play as much.
