Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Well it has been a little difficult to get into meetings and get on after school but I have found every single moment to get into the server for all the experience needed. I have been mod before (around 1 year ago) and I learned a lot during that time. But now as a moderator again I think I have gained all the experience needed, about 1 week ago a few days after I got moderator someone was being racist and Joshua banned him but shortly after that the banned member made a family shared account and joined back, with me keeping that in mind I was going through every new person who joined and I successfully got him banned for ban evading. I have gained friendships with plenty of the staff members and I have been very respectful to the lead team showing that im trustworthy and hardworking.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): I have had many problems with members being racist since I am not able to ban them, I worked around it by either muting them for 5 minutes (have not started at 1 for racism since it is a 0 tolerance policy) and increased it after if they continue, after that I normally gather evidence of steam id and there racially insensitive comments and inform higher-ups about the incident.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
This is how I would write the letter- As a moderator, you get many new powers to use to keep the server clean of rulebreaking!
As a mod you get the following, Kick, mute, strip, and family share checking.
Kick- is if someone is micspamming and you have muted them beforehand, this will go on there rap sheet where admins can check and punish them accordingly.
Mute Chat- this is mainly used if someone is saying racially insensitive words, disrespect or spamming, due to the severity you can mute them from 10 seconds to 10 minutes.
Mute Voice- this is used if someone is micspamming, being racist, or if someone is being disrespectful, again due to the severity you can mute them from 10 seconds to 10 minutes
Strip Weapons- This is used if someone uses weapons to spam sound and to be annoying at the starting point, strip their weapons immediately and then ask them to stop.
Family Share Checking- Please use this if you suspect someone who is banned using a family shared account, some good tips to use are if the profile picture is just the question mark, then after check there steam account and if they have little to no friends on his steam account. If you use /checksharing * 1 this family share checks the entire the server to check if they are banned, make sure to let higher ups know if you use this because it can spam there console.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would more than likely lower the ban to at least 1 week since they are apologetic and it is there first ban appeal. I would make sure they read over the rules and keep a close on them whilst they are on the server to make sure that user does not break any rules/compromises.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): as a mod there have been many situations where I was limited to my powers whilst users are rulebreaking. A main problem on the server I have had was dealing with racism and people failing to compromise with orders. I try my best on the server and have worked my hardest to join the server after school and stay on as long as possible during the weekends so I can be a helpful member to the surf team and make onion rings and other higher-ups believe in me. I really enjoy the server and plan to keep staffing for as long as possible. This staff application is not to be unbanned from ssrp but because I truly enjoy the server and I want to make clarky, oxyfoxy, deadmonster, and onion rings proud.
