What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when someone who is not alive gives valuable information to someone who is alive.For example if it is a 50/50 trap/door and someone (who is currently not alive) tells a runner the one that will not get them killed would be ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If they are being really disrespectful to someone on the server or online I would first give them a warn and tell them to stop
,if they continue to disrespect someone I would give them another warn and 30 minute mute. If they find a new way of doing it I will contact a higher member of staff to temp ban them for the following reason.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you?)(The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

1.Being helpful towards newer players or people who do not know much about the server

I enjoy playing on the server and helping people out who are new to the server and do not really know much about it.I have been told by friends and people on the server that I have a kind soul and like to help people,If there were a question about something on the server I would try my best to answer that one question.

2.Rules

I know the rules on the server and follow them and everyone breaks them here and there even myself and I would warn myself for them because of it.The consequences for breaking a rule may be very strict like saying a racist remark to someone all the way down to the smallest of things and if I would to do the small things I would say so if I saw someone else do them on the server i would say it to them as well as what the warn is for.

3.What made me want to be a mod on the server

I love playing on the server as i have said before, but sometimes when members of staff are not on people start to lossen up a bit more maybe thinking they can do what they like on the server as they are not being watched.Sometimes when I am on,I would tell someone not to do something for example don't disrespect but they would continue as i can't really do anything to stop them and I would think the person they are doing this to would probably feel hurt or even attacked by them. So would like to help them get out of the situation as fast as I can.
