Attitude:

I always try to be a great guy and respect anyone i meet, even if they are difficult or just annoying. I am also really professional when i need to be and i know when i have to be and when i don't need to be. If i don't act professionally it can and will influence other staff members or user to act like me, so i always act in a professional manner on the server and when speaking with other staff members and users.

Dedication:

As a staff member, i always know my expectations and always help out when i am needed or just when i am on the server. I am usually on the server when ever i have the time or i just want to play TTT. I first joined the community from TTT and it has been 1year and 3months since i first joined the server. I always express my opinions and always help out when ever i am asked to or just when i think someone needs help.

Experience:

I have been playing TTT with this community for 1 year and 3 months and in my time i have met lots of people and gained lots of experience from them and from my self-knowledge. I have also been a super admin for 2 months.

TS3:

I am always on Teamspeak unless i am busy which i am hardly busy, even if i am not playing TTT i am always online on Teamspeak and i can always be contacted. When i am on Teamspeak some people ask me questions about TTT or why they were just banned or just for any reason someone would need to speak to a TTT SA.

Forums:

I am always browsing the forums nd always give feedback to applications for TTT, i also fill in our meeting spreadsheet and give outcomes to their application while in the meeting. When ever someone needs me for anything i can get in contact very fast and always answer their questions or what ever they need of me.

Meetings:

I always go to the TTT meetings even if i am busy or just ill. I also always give feedback to applications and share my opinions to applicants and i try not to speak over people unless they speak over me.

What can I tribute to becoming a Head Admin:

As my time as staff, i have shown my leadership skills in game, forums, Teamspeak, etc. I also give and show all my opinions for anything that is needed and i know how to respect other opinions and i will not criticize anyone.

What I plan to do when getting Head Admin:

First, i wish to build TTT's HeadAdmin team again as we just lost our 3 HeadAdmins alone side with Kurze and Luki. I will still respect everyone and help everyone when they need it or i just think they might need it. I will help out on the server as usual and help to keep the server #1.

Things I handled in my time as a staff member:

Since i became Admin i have handled any appeals reports abuses and many since i became SuperAdmin including demote requests..I always take care when i am handling a situation and look at all the facts. I am never biased in any situation because i always need to look at both sides and decide the outcome(s) on that situation.

Conclusion:

I always act in a professional manner and i can always be contacted on any network, i am very active on Teamspeak and forums and i always help other staff members and user with any problems they have or any questions they have. I always help with spreadsheets and meetings and contribute to each as equal. I am dedicated to TTT as i have been playing the server for 1year 3months and i still enjoy playing to this day. I have good leadership skills and a good attitude. etc.

Boss, you're a great guy, but seriously wtf happened to your activity? You have played like 10 days this month inconsistently. And also on the topic of you using your forum , sometimes it just seems like you are posting for the sake of posting or to get your forum post count up so you can apply for SA mod when even though you are trying to be constructive, it has the opposite effect (I just felt I had to say that). Just because there's no head admins doesn't mean they will accept anyone who is an sa. The standards don't drop and you know what standards you have to meet to become a head admin.
