Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would teach them how to bhop, by firstly asking the person to come to spawn if there is a little area where I can learn them. I would tell hem to run then jump and let go of W. After that I would tell them to strafe to either the left or the right by holding down A or D once you have let go of W. Then I will tell them to hold space so that they keep jumping. Then repeat the process from left to right, making sure to hold down D when going right, and holding down A when going left.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would politely ask the person in question to stop text/mic spamming. If they refuse to do so, I will mute them for a reasonable amount of time. In the case of them proceeding to keep text/mic spamming after their short mute/gag, I will extend the mute/gag to a longer period of time. Besides that, I would also give a warning if I feel it is necessary for the situation. ( Just being straight up annoying and harassing other users )

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would instantly slay the person in question. Followed by that, I will tell them never to use the exploit again. I will write down that this person has been caught using the exploit and notify other staff members. Then, I will bring it up at the meeting. I will also tell the person who did the exploit, that if I or any other staff members on the server catch him/her doing it again, there will be further and much heavier punishments.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I feel like I should be chosen because I have been a Bhop admin before on zarp. I would love to staff on bhop again. Besides that, I am also currently a Prophunt mod. I used to be a jailbreak admin as well. In my eyes, I can be very mature in situations where it is needed, but love to joke around in times where it is completely fine to do so. I am a trustworthy person, I enjoy staffing and I like the current staff team on bhop. I feel that if I get chosen as a Bhop moderator, there is just another active staff member on bhop. Always ready to help people out, rather that is in-game, or on Teamspeak. I'm always there. ( At least I try to be )

Extra Information: (Not Required)
I know this is a late application since the meeting is Sunday, but I would like to be given a chance at staffing on Bhop. My activity will improve over time. I am currently not consistently active, and that can obviously be seen as a problem. But if that is the problem, trust me on my words, my consistent activity will improve.
