Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would try to talk to him, understand the reason behind the spam and tell him not to do it because most people don't want to hear him screaming in his mic or spam jibberish in the chat, if he wont cooperate, I will simply mute him.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Depends on what kind of exploit hes using, for instance, if hes using a spot where only a small prop for instance can get to and its unfair for the other I will try to talk him out of it and make him stop it since its unfun other players. if he wont stop, will just temporarily ban him, but if say two people are ghosting, will straight up ban them from the server since its not a competitive spirit and ruins the fun for every single other player in the game and makes them want to stop playing.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting means two players (on opposite sides) help each other find props via the spectate future to either farm points or to simply ruin the fun for everybody.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen for the simple fact that I want to help the server and make the experience for everyone playing better by banning ghosters and dealing with rude people, since I always get upset myself when my friend and I play and people ghost or do stupid stuff, I really enjoy playing this server and want to make everyone else feel the same when they are playing by getting rid of the "black sheeps".

I'm just a Romanian player that enjoys playing games and having fun with his friends, also I wanna add up, please don't decline my application just because I don't have much time played, I'm a serious person and just want to make the server experience better for all the players, so take my application for granted

Great application! However, although you have a good amount of time played on the server, we recommend having at least two weeks of consistent activity before applying. I can see your attitude is good, but seeing a couple weeks of activity with an hour or so each day is great
