Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel like I have contributed enough as a moderator, as i know the rules and hoe to deal with rulebreaking players. I feel like i have handled situations up to standard and feel like i can do it as admin. I feel like i can use all the commands as admin as i have experience.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I encountered a situation where there was an extremely racist person in chat who who was constantly spamming racist comments. the way that i had to deal with this is by muting the player first so that he wouldn't be able to carry on spamming, then i called a higher positioned staff member so that they can ban them which i had provided the evidence of racism. i feel like if i was Admin i could deal with the situations myself.


If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I'd start of buy saying congratulations to the new staff member, after that id start getting into all of the commands that they have and going over what they all do, after i named all the commands i'd start telling them when they should use the commands in what situations so they'd know what punishment is appropriate for any situation. id end it off buy asking if the player has any questions.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

as it would be their first ban with no other punishments i would lower their punishment. so that they would still be punished but they can play after a certain time and so that they'd know not to make the same mistake again. and if they decide to do it again they would be permanently banned again as they used their second chance in a bad way.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
My main reason for my promotion is the fact that i have experience as im admin on other servers meaning that i have a good idea of what i need to do, i have been bhop staff for a while and realized there are commands that i know i can use but im not the rank for it. If i was promoted i'd be a great fit for the team and can help the server being more clear of rulebreakers.
