Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: I realize going for this one week into being moderator is a little hasty, however, I have had previous experience moderating on this server and I feel I'm well prepared. As moderator I've dealt out multiple punishments already and feel I can deal with any situation in the future with a level head.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: A situation I feel would be appropriate to ban a player for would be continuous disrespect. An example of this situation would be simple, player X decides to say something derogatory to someone else on the server. Depending on the severity(racist or not) will be my reasoning with how I deal with them. Of course I will first verbally warn player X and gag him for a certain amount of time. If he continues I will ban him for 10 hours.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello, "player", congratulations on getting accepted into the staff team. To help you out I will be going over some basics you will need to start helping out and understanding your role as a moderator. First things please take the time to read over the staff ethos this will be helpful when understanding what attitude you should maintain at all times as staff. Now for the fun part, your commands! I would suggest binding the GUI to some key (using this bind key xgui) for easier access. *I would proceed to go through all commands with said new moderator.* Alright, as of now you are a prophunt moderator, remember this is a privilege so please do not abuse it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would first get in contact with the original staff who banned them. If we can come to an agreement of giving whoever appealed a second chance I will respond to it informing the player of his unban and letting him know this is his last chance, use it wisely. Of course I would closely monitor the player after the ban just to 100% ensure he's not going down the same path again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): As noted before I do, collectively, have a bit of experience moderating this server. I feel I'm ready for the step up as I want to be able to further increase the amount of ways I can help out this community and more specifically this server. My last note, also brought up in my moderator application, is that being in the EST timezone I'm on mostly when no other staff is, so I feel this role will help me out when alone.
