This is me!
Hello, my name is Joey(Kurze), and I'm 24 years old. I currently work as a teacher assistant in a hybrid school whilst following my own interest: Learning why teenagers act the way they act. (goes deep no pun intended)|

I currently still live with my mother and 6 cats, yes I said 6 I will (hopefully) study for another while for my current position at my work.
I love watching Marvel, going to the gym and playing a shit load of video games.


Attitude:
I've always been a friendly person, even when times are rough and I get hassled I will continue to be a great person as we need more positivity in life!
I know the difference between when being nice in a situation and being strict as well. I am a stubborn person who is dedicated to the server.

Loyal, honesty and dedicated
I am a loyal person and an honest person, I have my own opinion and that opinion will not be swayed unless something very very appealing to that matter makes me think otherwise, I dare to say things when other people don't. I don't sit back and watch it all go into a downward spiral. I take action upon things I don't like.

Experience:
I have been in the staff team long enough to understand how things work, I feel like the way I deal with things will be a great asset to the team.

I learn extremely if I want to achieve something and this is proof of that because I joined this community at 20 Jun 2018 and I already became a Super Admin.

I know that some people will see me as an inexperienced person because I don't have 500+ hours or so but that ain't needed IMO. The only thing you need is a great acceptance of the rules and be a natural with dealing situations

Maturity:
I am a mature person, I know when to have fun and when to dead serious, my job as an assistant in a school makes me mature and helps me to apply these skills into our community.

Communication:

Teamspeak:
I am a very social person, I always talk or join chats when I have time to talk to other members of the community (users don't join the TeamSpeak, sadface)

Forums:
I'm active on the forums and I share my opinion on applications, suggestions and I handle certain topics in the abuse report section. When I do reply (most of the time) it is serious and with a good reason.

Meetings:
In the meeting I let myself be heard to show that you need to have a voice in the meeting and not just go with what everyone says, I object when needed with good reasons.

What can I tribute to becoming a Head Admin
In my (short) time as Super Admin, I have handled a few situations with staff members where I have shown my leadership qualities and helped out in our community with ideas and opinions on certain matters at hand.
I have various skills with handling people when it comes to difficult situations because I work with teenagers all day long this helps me with my responsibilities as a Head Admin and being a trustworthy


Things I handled in my time as a staff member:
I have handled a fair share of appeals, unban requests and demote requests, I have handled these with care and equality
I am not biased in anything as I feel like we all have a responsibility when playing this game and we should not pick sides when things go for the worse.

What I plan to do when getting Head Admin:
I will start to build the new foundation of the Head Admin team and create opportunities for those who are ready for the next step that just doesn't see that they are up to it.

Because we recently lost 3 amazing HA's I feel like we need to stand strong and reunite as the Lead Team, to show confidence and most of all to continue stay on our server.

I will also make sure that the current staff team does not bend/break rules. As I am already doing this I will continue to follow through on it.
because I want this server to stay #1 and to ensure that it does stay #1 we have to be strict about our rules even though it's not fun.

Final Words,
As I already mentioned in this application, I will be judged by the time that I’ve been here, I can confidently say that if you have spoken to me regarding in-game related issues to just coming a lot to saying hi or even when we didn’t agree with something you will know that I am up most honest and ready for this.

It's obvious you're eager to rebuilt our broken staff team, and I honestly believe you are one of the few people that can and will do something about it.

You ask for construction criticism and there's little to none to give. I had to think long and hard about it and if anything I think a past problem with LT (HA specifically) is approachablitiy, and feeling like you aren't high enough rank etc. to talk to them. That would be my only worry for our future HA's/Lead Team.
