It's obvious you're eager to rebuilt our broken staff team, and I honestly believe you are one of the few people that can and will do something about it.

You ask for construction criticism and there's little to none to give. I had to think long and hard about it and if anything I think a past problem with LT (HA specifically) is approachablitiy, and feeling like you aren't high enough rank etc. to talk to them. That would be my only worry for our future HA's/Lead Team.
